Meet Our Executive Director, Paul A. Green

Paul A. Green is the executive director of Hope for the Inner City, a merger of Hope for Chattanooga and Inner City Ministries. Mr. Green has more than 10 years of consistent achievement while serving as an instrumental member of, and adviser to, executive managements, implementing strategic business-growth initiatives, building strong board relations, creating powerful internal and external alliances, managing through crisis and change, and overseeing all aspects of nonprofit, faith-based functions.

Mr. Green serves on the board of directors of the Christian Community Development Association (Chicago), Jobs for Life (Raleigh) and Communities First Association (Grand Rapids). He has served as board chairman of the Peoples Community Development Corporation and The Elisha Project. Mr. Green has an active voice in his community as a member of the Glenwood Neighborhood Watch Program and Glenwood Neighborhood Association. He is also a member of New City Fellowship, where he serves as a deacon.

Mr. Green is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree from Covenant College, Lookout Mountain, Ga. He has also completed Entrepreneurship Studies at the University of Virginia and Biblical Studies at the Word of Life Bible Institute in Schroon Lake, N.Y.

He and his wife, Gwen, have three children and reside in Chattanooga.
