Summer Job Placement is real-world training where older teens, ages 15-18, are transformed by the renewing of their minds (Romans 12:2).
High-schoolers like “James” are placed in a part-time paying job for about 20 hours per week and are assigned to a job-site mentor. Each teen receives one-on-one instruction in his job responsibilities as mentors monitor their work.
Fridays are spent at a local college campus for classes, recreational activities and lunch. Participants are paired with a student mentor who follows up with them throughout the week.
