- Keynote Speaker: As pastor of Chattanooga’s New City Fellowship since 1976, Randy Nabors is a nationally known advocate of the poor. For over three decades he has championed racial reconciliation, mercy ministry and economic development as lasting solutions for urban poverty. He himself grew up in the inner-city housing projects of Newark, N.J., in a church with a strong commitment to the city and its people.
